He was home schooled and participated in extra-curricular activities like soccer Boys Scout of America. He has the highest rank of Eagle Scout. He took up classes at Blue Ridge Community College for two years. He wanted to be an engineer. Was accepted at UNC-Wilmington but instead took up acting. He has been a professional actor since he was 11-years-old. He is currently (2016) playing the character Kyle Anderson on the TV series Last Man Standing.
